日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与中小卖家相关研究，分析商家的经营特征、成长阶段、经营行为及核心诉求； 2、开展场域分析，研究不同经营场景下的商家表现、用户行为及供需关系； 3、使用SQL完成数据提取、清洗与汇总，搭建并维护日常分析报表； 4、围绕业务问题开展专题分析，通过数据识别趋势、异常及潜在增长机会； 5、结合定量数据与业务信息，形成分析结论，为业务策略及产品优化提供参考； 6、协助完成行业研究、案例分析、材料整理及其他分析支持工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、经济学、数学、计算机、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用SQL，能够独立完成数据查询、清洗、汇总及基础分析； 3、熟练使用Excel，掌握常用函数、数据透视表及图表制作； 4、对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑思维、问题拆解和数据分析能力； 5、对中小卖家、商业生态及不同经营场景的研究有兴趣，认真细致，具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力和责任心； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月及以上者优先。
