1、负责抖音电商玩具类目二次元/游戏周边/明星周边赛道的运营，挖掘并扶持高潜品牌与商家，驱动潮玩品类在抖音的生意增长； 2、负责二次元/游戏周边（谷子、IP衍生品、模型）/明星周边赛道的商家拓展与分层运营，关注二次元/游戏IP动态（原神、崩坏、明日方舟、恋与深空等），推动IP周边商家入驻与活动联动； 3、策划游戏类目营销活动：品类日、IP联名专场、潮玩节、二次元主题活动等，探索线下展会联动等创新业务模式，并联动内容场打造潮玩内容种草场景，驱动内容到自播间的转化； 4、追踪二次元/游戏周边/明星周边行业趋势（IP热度、新品类、新玩法），输出品类机会点报告； 5、通过数据预判货品供给趋势，通过引流款、收藏款、限量款等，协助品牌建立符合平台趋势的货盘结构和价格带结构，充分推动行业供给丰富性。

1、本科及以上学历，有电商运营、品牌运营、潮玩/二次元行业相关经验优先； 2、对二次元/游戏文化有真实热爱与深度认知，熟悉主流IP及玩家社群生态； 3、具备基础的数据分析能力，能看懂生意数据并输出简单策略； 4、自驱力强，能在环境中主动找事做、拿结果；对新事物敏感，愿意尝试创新玩法。
