1、负责字节跳动国际化电商供应链与物流产品的服务端研发； 2、负责国际化电商供应链与物流方向的业务抽象、技术方案设计与实现； 3、深入理解业务，技术驱动，参与技术规划，合理选型，并且推动落地； 4、参与新人指导、培训及CodeReview，发现和解决系统存在的性能瓶颈等技术难题，推动系统架构优化。

1、熟练掌握至少一种服务端的主流编程语言、框架及相关生态（如C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang等），有较强的架构能力和良好的代码规范； 2、熟悉MySQL的使用和特性，并了解常用的SQL优化技巧； 3、熟悉Redis、Memcached、TiDB等NoSQL技术，有大规模系统设计和开发经验者优先； 4、理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等，有系统性解决问题的思维，有良好的抽象化思维能力和领域建模能力； 5、拥有良好的团队合作能力、主动性与推动力； 6、5年工作经验以上，具备物流、供应链、电商业务研发相关经验优先。
