1、负责服务体系的整体运营管理，包括SLA制定与管控、服务质量监控、服务流程持续优化； 2、统筹服务交付成本与定价策略，保障营收目标达成，毛利可观； 3、搭建服务运营数据体系，通过数据分析识别服务瓶颈与机会点，驱动服务效率和客户满意度的持续提升； 4、负责服务团队的搭建与管理，建立服务标准与最佳实践，推动团队专业能力建设； 5、跨部门协同，与产品、研发、销售等团队紧密合作，推动服务体验端到端优化。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上服务运营管理经验，有SaaS或企业服务行业背景优先； 2、具备AI在服务场景中的落地经验，理解大模型在服务交付中的应用逻辑与边界； 3、数据驱动思维，能独立搭建服务指标体系，从数据中发现问题并推动闭环改进； 4、有团队管理经验，具备体系化的运营方法论和团队赋能能力； 5、优秀的跨团队沟通协同能力，结果导向，能在复杂业务环境中推动落地。

加分项： 1、有从0到1搭建AI服务体系的经验； 2、具备增值服务或商业化运营经验。
