1、负责抖音支付在抖音内红包、转账等社交支付场景的用户增长工作，对红包/转账用户规模、交易笔数等核心指标负责； 2、结合抖音内容生态和社交关系链，分析用户社交行为、需求与，规划红包与内容分享、好友互动、粉丝关系等场景的增长玩法，提升用户使用频次和互动深度； 3、协同产品、运营、研发、设计、数据、风控等团队，推动红包/转账相关产品能力建设、策略落地和效果复盘，持续探索抖音内社交支付的新增量场景。

1、本科及以上学历，有C端社交产品、互动玩法产品经验，有社交、红包、转账、私信互动等相关经验优先； 2、熟悉红包/转账产品链路，理解聊天、群聊、私信、好友关系、粉丝关系等社交场景，对用户互动、关系链沉淀和社交传播有较强理解； 3、具备优秀的产品判断、项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂业务场景下协调资源、推动落地，并对结果负责； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过用户分层、行为路径、转化漏斗等数据发现问题并制定优化策略。
