1、负责番茄小说报奖专项，确保各作品奖项申报的准确性，与奖项主办方保持良好沟通，确保报奖流程的时效性，对获奖成功率负责； 2、及时关注网文各报奖活动规则要求，了解各关键时间下的签约选题，制定评奖类作品签约规范，制定报奖专项签约策略，签约名家作者； 3、负责平台现有重点作品的资料整理，及时补充新增获奖及其他重要信息，确保报奖作品的信息完整； 4、负责各报奖项目的信息回收，以及获奖后的宣发支持工作。

1、本科及以上学历，至少网文/出版内容运营工作经验； 2、内容感觉敏锐，具备优秀的行业市场判断及分析能力； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心和自驱力。
