1、作为火山引擎官网平台产品经理，负责包括平台交易订单、账单对账、云成本管理、售后工单、客服平台、巡检工具、智能顾问、生态平台和企业云管理相关的人权物财法解决方案等领域的产品管理&架构工作，确保所负责的领域演进契合火山引擎整体战略目标和客户诉求； 2、结合云计算发展趋势及火山引擎业务方向，对平台长期演进设计产品PRD和关键架构，规划产品路线图和产品核心竞争力，推动平台规划落地，创新能力达到行业领先； 3、定义和贴近平台客户、并理解客户需求，结合平台规划，归纳和抽象转化成平台能力；根据市场需求和变化，合理安排迭代推动需求的落地； 4、熟悉并关注国内外主流云服务提供商现状和演进路线，通过系统化的方法做动态和优劣势分析； 5、日常工作中收集产品不足，定期复盘和抽象提炼，结合业务重心推动平台自驱的演进、和相关业务/数据治理； 6、定义平台维度业务指标体系，通过指标对应的核心业务流程和数据治理持续提升，要求指标可度量、产品价值可预期。

1、本科及以上学历，了解云计算业务，具备一定的交易中台产品设计和落地经验； 2、日常工作中坚持业务价值驱动平台和产品演进，有平台价值度量体系设计和持续演进实践经验； 3、具备较好的平台思维，善于总结、归纳和抽象，能够系统化的从模式、流程和业务实体设计经验，并能转变到可落地的产品PRD上； 4、数据驱动，有一定的数据分析和报告设计能力； 5、对业务有判断力，能够在复杂繁琐中识别关键矛盾，并设计有效的短期和中长期解决方式； 6、具备优秀的协同沟通能力和学习能力，具备一定的项目管理能力，能协调各方资源一起拿结果；有责任心，能在日常工作中践行客户第一，并成就客户。
