ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、负责前端核心功能研发与技术选型，重点参与AI相关交互场景（如智能表单、AI辅助编辑、可视化生成等）的前端实现； 2、优化产品稳定性与用户体验，结合AI技术（如智能预加载、自适应交互）提升页面响应速度与易用性； 3、设计并封装高复用、低耦合的前端组件，包含AI能力集成组件（如大模型对话组件、AI结果可视化组件），沉淀团队技术资产； 4、调研前沿前端技术与AI应用趋势（如大模型前端部署、AI生成式UI、RAG前端优化），输出调研方案并推动试点落地，拓展团队技术边界； 5、配合后端团队完成AI接口联调，处理前端AI能力的兼容性、性能优化与异常兜底。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、精通HTML、CSS、JavaScript核心原理，掌握页面架构与布局规范，熟练运用HTML5、CSS3新特性与常用API； 3、熟悉AJAX异步通信、DOM操作，掌握TypeScript类型编程、Tailwind CSS，具备Node.js基础开发能力，熟练使用Webpack/Vite等构建工具； 4、具备React、Vue.js等至少一种主流MVVM框架的项目开发经验，能独立完成组件开发与页面实现； 5、对AI技术有基本认知，了解大模型（LLM）、RAG、AI生成式应用等核心原理，有前端集成AI能力（如调用大模型API、开发AI交互界面）的项目、实践经验者优先； 6、愿意探索“前端+AI”融合场景，具备将AI技术落地到前端产品的思路与执行力，且具备良好的沟通表达、跨团队协作能力，热爱技术、责任心强，能主动推进技术方案落地与优化。
