1、负责抖音电商特色供给（包括博物馆文创/老字号品牌/非遗）的营销活动，挖掘内容与品类特色，制定平台活动策略、策划活动方案，完成选商选品、活动运营、目标达成监控、预算与资源管理； 2、协同行业，充分了解业务痛点，基于数据分析、市场洞察明确营销目标，提炼商家经营瓶颈，站在用户角度整合优质供给（好商家，好商品）策略，为生意爆发、用户增长和内容传播亮点等相关指标负责； 3、熟悉营销工具和线上营销活动方式，对具体模块进行阶段性复盘，持续沉淀并迭代活动模式和产品能力，探索创新内容玩法。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上营销活动工作经验；有特色供给行业背景、相关部门沟通对接背景优先； 2、内容敏感度强，擅长策划、具备创意创造力，能及时捕捉社会热点、趋势、高热元素，并能通过整合平台内外资源形成营销全案，同时有营销活动全局视野，了解品类/商家/用户增长方式； 3、有独立操盘营销活动经验，具备扎实的市场营销功底和成长性思维，对品牌/品类增长有全域理解和增长策略； 4、善于沟通，具备良好的跨部门协作能力及较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃； 5、基于丰富的经验和相关行业资源，对市场有敏锐的洞察力，拥有较强的资讯收集、调研解读和策略分析能力。
