1、负责财报数据分析工作，熟练运用企业会计准则、国际会计准则，与财务各团队协同，出具业务线质控方案； 2、负责外包质量检查工作，识别潜在风险，提出系统及流程优化建议，与财务各团队协同，保证数据质量； 3、负责账务&报表风险评估、质量问题跟踪落地，针对高风险事项进行专项解决跟进； 4、协同团队梳理报表数据分析框架，对分析体系进行优化和创新，搭建全模块质控模型&数据分析体系； 5、负责质控效率的提升，协同系统部门进行系统化建设，提升自动化率； 6、会计与报告团队的其他工作。

1、本科及以上学历，财经类专业优先； 2、5年以上财务工作经验，有财务核算流程优化经验优先； 3、熟悉质量控制体系，具备较强的流程分析、风险识别、制度设计及方案落地能力； 4、熟悉企业会计准则、国际会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策； 5、具备良好的独立工作能力和数据分析能力，能够熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具进行数据提取、整理与分析； 6、有好奇心和创新意识，自驱力强，良好的沟通协作&学习能力，责任感强，有团队精神。
