1、负责社区标准质量与运营的数据科学体系建设，建立以标准为核心对象的指标体系、数据模型和分析框架，实现标准质量的量化度量与持续监控； 2、能根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项数据分析，通过对标准的理解、敏锐的数据观察以及模型能力，刻画业务标准现状以及存在的问题； 3、深入理解各项业务，通过探索性的数据分析，从数据和业务中挖掘业务发展和生态方面存在的标准方面问题，并提出相应的优化方案； 4、建设标准质量相关的数据产品和分析工具，包括标准经营看板、异常Watchlist、关系图谱和诊断工具，为标准、治理团队提供决策支持； 5、通过数据科学和量化分析方法，建立抖音社区标准的可度量、可观测、可诊断和可评估数据运营分析能力，通过数据驱动的支持异常识别、问题归因和决策。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学、运筹学等定量相关专业优先； 2、3年以上Data Science/数据分析经验，有内容治理经验优先； 3、独立完成数据提取与清洗，分析业务问题，并能够基于分析结论提出改进方向； 4、具备较强的业务抽象能力，能够将模糊的专家判断转化为可量化问题、指标或模型； 5、具备良好的跨职能沟通能力，能够将复杂数据分析转化为清晰、可行动的业务结论。
