1、负责补贴策略的制定与迭代，包策略调优、门槛适配、阶梯策略设计等，搭建分行业分商户分层的补贴策略体系，持续适配不同行业品类政策，推动GMV规模化增长与钱效双提升； 2、负责补贴健康度模型建设，从用户质量、平台收益等维度识别补贴健康度，建立前置预警+降补整改链路，持续将补贴资源投向健康且长期的商家； 3、深入了解行业主流补贴策略玩法，结合生活服务用户需求与商家供给现状，找到人货钱匹配的最优方案，保障补贴策略的平台增量效果和商家体验； 4、从GMV增长出发，打造满足平台资金效益约束下，兼顾平台增量和商家体验的补贴策略方案，推进算法技术团队的合作开发； 5、与区域运营、销售、交付等团队协作，推动需求评审、方案上线与效果复盘，保障策略闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，3年互联网补贴策略/增长运营经验，有本地生活、平台补贴策略运营经验优先； 2、具备策略思维与较强的数据分析能力，能在不确定性中拆解问题、制定补贴方案并推动多方落地，熟悉ROI核算、与钱效优化方法论； 3、对商家经营链路有理解，能将复杂的算法托管、流量激励等产品能力转化为商家可感知的经营价值和可执行的运营动作； 4、沟通协作能力强，能与产品、研发、销售及区域团队高效配合，推动需求评审、方案上线与效果复盘。
