1、负责基于VLA的L2+智能驾驶方案融合定位、PNC（规划与控制）轨控兜底、HMI等车端模块的功能与稳定性测试，包括测试方案设计、用例编写、执行与结果分析； 2、负责整车级集成功能验证、跨模块协同一致性测试，覆盖传感器、端侧模型、轨控等执行全链路的端到端场景； 3、负责车端系统长时间运行稳定性、资源占用、时延、异常恢复等性能指标验证，识别并推动解决性能瓶颈； 4、跟踪车端问题全生命周期，完成问题复现、日志分析、根因定位，推动研发修复并组织版本回归验证，确保质量闭环并定期输出质量报告； 5、参与测试环境搭建与工具链建设，持续优化测试流程与用例覆盖度。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业； 2、3年以上测试工程师工作经验，具体涉及汽车电子、智能驾驶、ADAS、车端系统或嵌入式系统领域； 3、熟悉L2/L2+智能驾驶系统架构及典型功能，对感知、定位、预测、规划、控制、地图、数据闭环或整车集成中的一个或多个领域有基本理解； 4、熟悉整车电子电气架构，了解CAN/CANFD/车载以太网协议，了解DBC/信号矩阵； 5、熟练使用至少一种编程语言Python、C++、Shell，能编写自动化测试脚本或测试工具； 6、责任心强，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能高效推进问题解决。
