1、负责生活服务独立端/品类营销活动/团购Tab的商品策略及招商运营，为支付GMV和订单量负责； 2、理解货架场的经营逻辑，根据独立端/团购Tab/营销活动的定位和目标做相应的供给策略并推进招商引入工作； 3、熟悉生活服务行业的商家和商品，搭建并落地业务对接机制，为供给的规模和质量负责； 4、通过为商家提供差异化的经营策略提升商家在商品价格竞争力，引导商家全域营销协同，带动双端交易增长； 5、搭建商家、商品运营数据监控和效果评估体系，持续对商家货架场景的商品质量和竞争力进行分析和总结，从数据中发现问题并反推策略和产品优化。

1、本科及以上学历，具有3年及以上生活服务行业商家商品运营经验，有生活服务、电商相关经验者优先； 2、具备较高的数据逻辑和数据敏感性，能结合数据驱动业务发展； 3、具有出色的目标拆分能力，能够保持高效的执行力及工作节奏； 4、学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协调、资源整合及项目管理能力； 5、愿意深入一线，具备务实求真的工作态度、自驱力和责任心； 6、具有较强的好奇心和探索精神，团队协作能力强。
