1、负责火山引擎智能诊断平台的需求分析、市场分析、产品规划、架构设计及落地实现； 2、与云产品（如计算、PaaS、数据库、机器学习等）深度合作，推进诊断原子能力和工具的建设； 3、提升智能诊断平台的诊断准确性，通过大模型技术持续提升诊断结果及诊断建议的准确性及效率； 4、为平台核心指标（如诊断覆盖率、工单闭环率、用户采纳率等）负责，制定评估体系，跟踪诊断效果并推动持续优化； 5、协调开发、测试、设计等资源，推进平台功能落地，把控成本、风险及交付质量； 6、主导平台运营工作，包括用户培训、使用反馈收集及功能迭代，推动诊断能力向客户服务角色赋能，实现技术普惠。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上云计算、技术支持或智能客服领域产品经验，有智能诊断工具/AIOps产品设计经验优先； 2、熟悉云产品（如ECS、容器、数据库、CDN）的常见故障场景及诊断流程，了解大模型的原理及应用（如意图识别、Agent、PE等）； 3、具备复杂系统的产品规划能力及优秀的数据分析能力，能通过数据洞察产品问题并推动解决； 4、跨团队协作能力，能与技术支持、产品研发、运营等多角色高效对齐，推动诊断能力从需求到落地的全链路闭环； 5、具备高度的责任心与自驱力，抗压能力强，有用户同理心及业务敏锐度。
