1、负责抖音内容治理场景下新功能上线前的安全评审，围绕功能设计、用户链路、内容生产与分发机制，判断潜在内容安全、生态安全及业务逃逸风险； 2、建立功能评审策略框架，识别新功能可能带来的违规内容放大、规则绕过、低质供给扩散、异常流量利用等风险，并输出可落地的治理策略方案； 3、联动产品、运营、算法、研发、风控等团队，评估新功能是否具备必要的安全能力，包括风险识别、策略拦截、审核链路、监控告警、灰度回收等机制； 4、针对重点功能或高风险场景，设计事前准入、事中监控、事后复盘的治理闭环，推动安全能力在功能上线前完成配置、验证和验收； 5、通过数据分析、案例复盘、负面案例归因等方式，持续优化功能评审标准和策略方法，防止业务逃逸造成内容安全、平台生态或用户体验问题。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网平台治理/内容安全/风控策略/产品策略相关经验，有内容社区、短视频、直播、社交平台经验优先； 2、具备较强的策略制定能力和风险预判能力，能从产品机制、用户行为、内容流转和平台规则等角度，提前识别新功能可能产生的安全问题； 3、熟悉内容治理或平台风控的基本方法，理解规则策略、模型识别、人工审核、监控告警、灰度实验等安全能力在业务中的落地方式； 4、数据分析能力扎实，能通过指标拆解、异常归因、案例抽样和复盘分析，判断风险规模、影响范围及治理优先级； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作和推进能力，能在产品快速迭代环境中平衡业务效率与安全底线，推动策略方案落地并对治理效果负责。
