1、基于个护/家清纸品/母婴玩具/3C数码家电行业特征，深度洞察用户需求与行业趋势，制定所负责品类货架供给策略，挖掘货架业务增量，对货架供给规模及交易增长负责； 2、结合货架场域供给现状与流量分发逻辑，拆解商品全生命周期各环节规模及运营效率，定位问题与增长机会并制定优化策略；联动搜索、推荐、频道等场域团队优化商品分发效率，搭建商家及行业侧多场域运营链路与配套数据监控体系； 3、数据分析与策略输出：开展货盘分析与诊断，输出类目分析报告及招品指南，挖掘细分赛道供给机会，指导行业端及商家端货品布局； 4、整合行业及商家资源，打造货架场景标杆案例，构建商家长效经营模式，提升商家货架场域经营信心。

1、有电商平台供给策略、货架运营等相关工作经验； 2、具备电商平台服饰行业运营经验者优先，理解商家商品经营视角，能够洞察业务本质、挖掘机会点，并协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地拿到结果； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够通过数据挖掘业务规律，发现问题及业务机会，并输出可落地的解决方案； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够整合资源，与产品、研发、数据等跨部门团队协同合作，推动策略落地； 5、具备强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，拥有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和执行力，自驱力突出。
