1、负责本地推交易广告方向策略产品运营，围绕业务增长目标，推动交易广告产品能力迭代、场景适配和规模化落地，对产品渗透率及收入结果负责； 2、结合生活服务商家经营场景和需求，基于数据分析和业务反馈，持续发现新的产品和行业增收机会，制定策略方案和落地打法； 3、联动产品、研发、数据及销售运营等多方团队，进行需求梳理、优先级判断、资源协同和项目推进；统筹产品上线、策略迭代、试点验证、销售培训、运营机制和推广节奏，推动产品从0到1、从1到N落地，保障重点项目按节奏交付并达成业务目标； 4、搭建并完善产品运营的关键指标体系，围绕产品渗透、消耗、TR、ROI等核心指标进行监控分析，识别问题、归因判断并推动优化。

1、本科及以上学历；3年以上效果广告/商业化产品运营经验，有本地生活、电商或交易广告相关经验优先； 2、熟悉效果广告逻辑，理解出价产品、出价/转化链路等基础投放策略； 3、数据分析能力强，能独立完成指标拆解、问题定位和策略判断； 4、具备项目管理经验，能推动跨团队复杂项目落地； 5、懂业务、懂产品，结构化思考能力强，结果导向。
