1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网产品相关经验； 2、有搜推广策略、广告联盟产品运营经验者优先，对内容分销链路有深入理解； 3、高度的数据敏感性与数据分析能力，商业视角强，对内容与商业生态理解透彻； 4、目标导向强，有产品代表作沉淀，自驱力强。
