1、建立并推广产品运营框架，提升产品研发团队与业务团队之间的信息清晰度、执行力和决策效率； 2、构建用户反馈收集与处理机制，确保用户声音能直接影响产品优先级的制定； 3、开发产品分析报告，反映用户的使用模式、行为习惯及产品的普及趋势； 4、协调跨职能团队工作流程，管理项目依赖关系，推动团队达成一致； 5、创建并维护标准化运营模式、文档及标准作业流程(SOP)，支持可预期交付质量并减少操作阻力； 6、主导产品赋能工作，包括培训、沟通推广及应用落地项目，确保用户充分使用产品功能； 7、与业务伙伴紧密合作，理解需求并提供高价值运营支持，改善端到端产品体验； 8、向管理层和合作伙伴清晰持续沟通产品及运营进展，确保信息在正确时间传递给正确的人； 9、推动自动化、工具化及可扩展流程建设，减少人工操作，提升组织效率。

1、拥有5年以上在高效协作的科技公司环境中的产品运营、产品管理、业务运营或项目管理经验； 2、具备敏锐的产品直觉和商业意识；能快速解读产品战略、识别风险并预判结果； 3、拥有从0到1搭建可扩展的运营框架、反馈体系或数据分析项目的成功经验； 4、具备跨团队协作影响力，能够整合跨团队信息，并推动高层利益相关者达成共识； 5、出色的书面和口头沟通能力，能够针对不同受众将复杂信息简化表达，拥有与全球团队协作的经验；高度条理化、注重细节、主动积极且响应迅速，在复杂环境下仍能坚持推进工作； 6、具备较强的数据分析思维；善于利用产品使用数据、仪表盘和KPI体系来辅助决策。

加分项： 1、熟悉企业内部系统或To B平台（如采购系统、合同系统、OA系统；若熟悉ERP或HRIS更佳； 2、拥有从0到1搭建用户原声(VOC)或产品分析项目的经验； 3、中英文流利，能够与国际化和中国的业务伙伴顺畅协作； 4、拥有将自动化技术或AI应用于运营工作流的实际经验。
