1、指标负责&结果交付：负责核心风险指标，定义监控口径、拆解目标、进行趋势洞察与根因分析，输出清晰结论与优先级明确的行动方案；面向高风险行业/地区/攻击模式，制定分层治理策略（如准入、风控、处置、申诉等），并推动在产品/系统侧落地实施； 2、策略运营&跨团队闭环：与产品、研发、算法团队紧密协作，将运营侧风险感知转化为可执行方案（策略规则、模型需求、处置工作流、平台能力），推动上线与迭代；在复杂场景下做有效取舍，既要强力打击黑灰产，也要保护正常广告主，降低误伤与无效申诉； 3、基于证据的治理&自动化建设：推动“基于证据”的治理方式，定义证据链标准与可追溯的审核/处置机制，提升策略的可解释性与可审计性；结合传统预测模型与大模型/Agent能力，探索自动化取证、自动化研判、自动化处置，将治理从“人工密集型”升级为“技术驱动型（Tech-driven）治理”； 4、机制建设&应急响应：建立高风险事件的响应机制，快速识别问题、组织跨团队止血、复盘复现，并将经验沉淀为长期系统改进，提升整体稳定性与响应效率。

1、3年及以上风险控制/反欺诈/信任与安全/广告治理/风险策略运营相关经验，具备对指标结果负责的实战证明； 2、具备较强数据分析能力：SQL为必需技能，可独立搭建指标体系、开展归因分析、建设数据看板，并完成效果评估（A/B测试、对照组测试、策略前后对比等）； 3、掌握扎实的策略运营方法论，可覆盖风险发现→规则/模型/流程方案设计→上线迭代→监控与复盘→平台化能力沉淀全流程； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通与执行能力，可清晰阐释复杂问题、对齐关键干系人并推动方案落地上线； 5、具备较强的学习与适应能力，可快速理解新业务形态、攻击手法演化与新技术，并转化为可执行方案。
