1、负责平台区域商家成长运营工作，对行业、类目现状洞察与发展趋势诊断分析，定期面向业务团队输出增长策略； 2、负责行业商家运营、商品、内容玩法分析与策略制定，规划并落地季度核心策略； 3、在商家经营上（包括不限于商品、内容、创新营销等）能形成完整方法论，并能应用于实操环节，持续带领行业增长； 4、能定期从数据视角进行业务复盘并结合内外部信息，展开行业新玩法探索与研究，最终沉淀成新的运营方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，有相关行业项目运营经验，有策略运营、商品运营、内容营销从业经验加分； 2、具备较强结构化思维能力，善于从行业信息、用户需求调研中洞察并提炼有价值的商业信息，并撰写逻辑清晰且深刻的行业报告； 3、具备成熟的项目运营能力，能独立产出品类增长策略并整合平台资源进行落地，拿结果能力强； 4、有良好的数据分析能力和敏感度，至少熟练使用一种统计分析相关软件（Excel、SQL、‌Python‌等）； 5、有主人翁精神，具备高度责任感和执行力，聪明、务实、自驱力强。
