1、参与国际化平台的设计与建设，打造面向海内外的品牌广告数据洞察能力，应对各市场差异化需求、行业特性和合规要求，支持业务标准化、高效落地，负责核心功能模块的后端建模和服务开发，解决多维、异构、跨地域的数据交互、调度和交付等技术挑战； 2、深入理解业务逻辑，拆解复杂业务场景，构建高可靠、可扩展、易维护的数据服务和工作流体系； 3、持续优化系统架构，提升数据链路稳定性、任务治理能力和交付效率，推动平台技术能力演进； 4、与产品、数据、算法、前端等团队紧密协作，将系统和AI能力转化为客户决策所依赖的高质量数据产品。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟练掌握至少一种主流后端开发语言（如Java/Go/Python），具备良好的编码习惯和设计能力； 3、熟悉常见的数据库、存储、调度、消息队列等组件，了解数据平台或工作流系统开发最佳实践； 4、具备良好的系统设计思维，能够在复杂业务场景下拆解问题并提出可落地的技术方案； 5、良好的沟通协作能力，乐于主动推动问题解决，具备跨团队协作经验者优先。
