1、深入理解业务团队与岗位需求，协助进行多渠道人才搜索，并从专业角度为候选人提供说明； 2、负责面试安排全流程跟进，做到及时反馈响应，保证面试流程通畅顺利，同时协助HRBP与用人经理进行招聘流程提升优化； 3、支持多流程招聘项目，特定领域人才储备工作，对人才市场动向有敏锐的感知，负责招聘相关的项目事宜，做好项目与部门间的任务推动与协同合作，机动性支持对外招聘项目及团队内部培训建设等相关发展项目； 4、协助梳理、分析和优化整体招聘流程，着重提升候选人侧面试体验，参与招聘体系及系统的建设优化，负责招聘相关数据整理与分析支持。

1、本科及以上学历，对招聘有热情，强自驱力、学习力与责任心，愿意在HR领域长期发展，求知欲强，能够主动学习、快速进步； 2、优秀的沟通表达能力与跨部门的协作能力，良好的需求管理能力； 3、具备良好项目统筹与推进能力，多线性规划能力及较强的任务拆解与分析能力； 4、英语能够作为工作语言。
