1、负责贷后催收运营体系、策略模型、作业流程及工具平台的全生命周期管理，从需求洞察、方案设计、迭代开发到效果评估与持续优化； 2、深入理解催收业务痛点，利用人工智能（AI）、大数据分析等技术，设计并推动自动化、智能化催收解决方案（如智能外呼、语音识别、机器人对话、智能质检等）的落地； 3、熟悉了解催收业务指标、业绩目标，构建数据监控及回溯体系，通过案件处理时效、回款率、成本分析等指标驱动产品优化； 4、协同催收运营团队、作业团队、风险政策、技术研发、数据团队及外部合作机构，推动产品方案高质量落地。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言，计算机、统计学或金融等相关专业优先； 2、拥有5年以上贷后催收产品经验，深度参与或主导过催收策略系统、智能催收系统经验者优先； 3、具有消费信贷、信用卡等领域经验，熟悉风控模型、决策逻辑等业务流程优先； 4、有较高的数据思维和逻辑性，具备优秀的团队合作能力、执行力和沟通能力。
