1、3年以上运营相关工作经历，熟悉货品和商家经营逻辑，能充分洞察经营本质，对电商货品运营有较深的理解，电商营销场货品策略相关经验优先； 2、具备有独立的数据获取/处理能力，能结合数据表现分析挖掘机会点，能通过数据驱动策略优化； 3、横向协同能力，协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地，有过项目管理经验佳； 4、有较强的学习能力，充满好奇心与责任心，有不断自设目标并追求达成的习惯。
