1、计算机、自动化、电子信息、数学、统计学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士博士优先； 2、深入理解和掌握人工智能领域前沿技术，对以下至少一个领域有深入理解并有应用解决有挑战性问题的能力：互联网搜索、推荐、广告算法；深度学习和统计机器学习、计算经济学、博弈论、运筹学； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、较好的主动性和求知欲，良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
