1、与区域渠道团队紧密协作，理解业务定位和目标客户群体，制定并执行市场规划，优化运营流程； 2、深度理解渠道赋能和生态伙伴赋能的重要性及方法，能够输出赋能类SOP，协同渠道经理与伙伴做好资源方运营、活动运营； 3、协助完成渠道生态赋能体系设计与落地执行，策划并与协同团队配合输出市场“弹药库”，赋能渠道伙伴助力商机挖掘和加速； 4、拉通内外部资源，对接日常渠道与生态伙伴营销，负责区域渠道和生态营销的全流程管理，包括供应商管理、活动执行、效果追踪与ROI分析； 5、敏锐捕捉区域客群趋势与伙伴反馈，监测并分析市场动态，为区域渠道营销提供硬核洞察与策略。

1、本科及以上学历，能够接受出差，有丰富的市场营销/活动经验，有渠道运营或生态伙伴运营经验者优先； 2、具备很好的数据分析能力及洞察力，了解B2B业务模式者优先、了解渠道合作玩法优先； 3、协调沟通能力强，善于拉通内外部资源达成目标，有耐心和韧性，愿意与组织共同成长； 4、自驱力及学习能力“双满格”，不预设困难，拒绝“设限思维”，有突破意识和自主性，以解决问题创造价值为导向； 5、能够熟练应用AI工具，用技术为营销效率和创意“叠buff”。
