1、负责今日头条系产品的后台研发工作； 2、参与设计系统技术方案，核心代码开发和系统调优； 3、探索在各种场景下，利用AI能力增强产品体验，提升工程效率； 4、负责新技术研究和应用，并推动适合的技术应用于生产，解决业务的实际问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识，良好的编码能力； 4、有强烈的求知欲、积极乐观、责任心强、优秀的学习和沟通能力； 5、了解大语言模型相关技术及应用，有AI工程化经验者优先； 6、喜欢研究开源新技术，开源贡献者、能及时关注和学习AI业界最新技术者优先；每周可以实习4天以上，连续实习4个月以上。
