1、熟悉互联网广告及电商媒体平台，通过行业数据分析、产品洞察、典型广告主研究等，洞察行业业务模式和业务链路中的潜在风险问题，制定适配行业的治理策略，为行业的用户履约体验负责； 2、熟悉线索、下载广告等商业化产品逻辑，从广告样式、转化链路、后链路服务链路多方面，优化或迭代履约服务链路，提升用户的广告履约体验，同时平衡好治理方案对于业务的影响，有效推动广告履约链路迭代升级； 3、基于历史数据和专家经验，结合平台舆情或法律法规动向，设计针对商业化后链路履约场景的履约欺诈、虚假宣传、违规违禁、履约纠纷等风险的安全策略； 4、平衡商业收益与风险控制，对业务中的关键风险、紧急情况和潜在挑战进行解读、分析、评估，建立完整的安全解决方案，保障业务健康发展； 5、与产品、数据、技术团队深度合作，沉淀风险对抗和安全保障能力，设计和构建智能化风险治理产品、流程和机制。

1、本科及以上学历，行业治理运营或行业治理工作经验优先； 2、风控策略/风险政策相关工作经验优先，具备良好的风险管理思维； 3、具有较强的数据分析和逻辑判断能力，有良好的统计理论基础和实际工作经验优先； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够高效推动项目落地；具备良好的风险意识和稳定性。
