1、负责字节跳动商业化广告诊断工具以及在工单排查系统应用的运营工作，包括问题排查业务洞察/需求挖掘/需求对接/推动上线及使用/价值探索等，对用户体验与效率负责； 2、深入理解商业化广告产品及问题排查流程，了解问题定位和排查全链路，结合客户问题归因及分类，搭建诊断决策树和线上Workflow，推动自动化诊断排查工具及AI模型的相关建设与应用； 3、产品数据监控与分析，能够独立设定科学的数据指标目标并独立建设完整的数据体系，目标导向，通过对相关数据指标的监测与分析中发现产品使用痛点，推动产品持续完善，增强用户体验，达成数据目标； 4、与多个产品，研发，算法，排查等团队深度协同，深入探查诊断方法论并推动在相关业务场景的应用，为相关智能工具化产品迭代提供业务决策和优化方向，共同推动产品迭代； 5、对AI商业领域行业动态、前沿研究和新产品保持关注和思考，能够挖掘业务落地方向及产品创新方向。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上产品运营相关工作经验，统计学、数学、计算机相关专业加分，有相关商业化广告产品运营经验和广告投放知识了解加分； 2、具备较强的项目规划和推动能力，跨团队沟通协作和项目管理经验丰富；善于整合上下游业务资源，能及时发现并解决复杂问题； 3、逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据分析洞察和构建数据体系的能力，能够深刻理解数据在业务上的导向和应用； 4、自驱力强，目标导向，具备较强的学习能力； 5、善于沟通与表达，认真耐心，善于进行项目总结与复盘。
