1、品类营销活动运营工作经验，从业经历优先； 2、具备优秀的创意策划与全案输出能力，有成熟的品类营销、节点活动案例，不局限于常规营销玩法； 3、具备数字化营销思维和品效合一的交易业务思维，不局限于纯品牌曝光，有内容转化、流量变现、用户增长的实操经验，懂数据、懂链路、懂业务落地； 4、精通主流内容平台传播逻辑、爆款玩法、站内流量规则，能够快速捕捉平台热点、用户需求，独立策划适配平台生态的传播内容与活动； 5、具备良好的资源挖掘、沟通谈判、整合联动能力，可自主开拓合作资源、创造合作机会，独立完成资源联动与活动放大落地； 6、目标感较强，拥有高度的主人翁意识和自驱力，工作主动高效、逻辑清晰，具备独立扛项目、解决问题的能力，结果导向。
