1、负责大模型技术在抖音游戏的探索和相关应用落地，如游戏内容理解、游戏厂商/主播经营AI等； 2、负责关键场景大模型算法优化，构建高质量的垂类大模型和Agent系统，提升业务效果； 3、跟踪AI前沿技术进展，推动前沿技术在抖音游戏的产品化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备数据构建、指令微调及模型开发经验，拥有扎实的代码能力、数据结构与算法基础； 3、熟悉多模态大模型（VLM）、大语言模型（LLM）相关的前沿算法，掌握大模型相关的RAG、SFT、RL等技术，有多模态大模型内容理解经验优先； 4、熟练使用深度学习框架，如PyTorch、TensorFlow，能够独立进行多模态大模型、大语言模型的Post-training和调优，具有开发和部署大语言模型的实际经验，能够处理大规模数据和高效训练模型； 5、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情，良好的沟通和团队合作能力，对游戏行业、直播行业有一定了解者优先。
