1、负责抖音直播开播工具的产品运营工作，服务于开播供给增长目标，结合AI工具能力持续优化主播开播效率、体验和经营转化； 2、深入理解直播场景，熟悉公会生态、主播诉求及内容生产链路，通过用户调研、社群运营、数据分析及AI辅助洞察工具，挖掘潜在需求点并推动产品能力升级； 3、分析主播群体特征与分层需求，制定精细化运营策略，结合AI产品运营方法，完成目标用户触达、产品功能宣传推广、使用转化及留存提升，推动产品与业务持续创新； 4、关注并分析直播内容趋势、热点玩法及行业内AIGC应用方向，结合运营动作与产品工具迭代，推动优质内容生产、开播玩法和运营机制的标准化、规模化； 5、协同产品、研发、算法、设计等团队，推动AI能力在开播工具中的落地与AIGC、智能助手、自动化运营等新能力的探索应用，包括但不限于智能开播辅助、内容生成建议、主播经营提效、运营自动化等方向，提升产品竞争力并推动工具向更智能化、个性化和平台化方向演进。

1、本科及以上学历，有直播、短视频、内容平台或产品运营经验者优先；有AI产品、AIGC相关项目经验者优先； 2、深入理解直播或内容生态，对主播、公会、用户需求及内容消费场景有较强认知，能够结合业务问题灵活运用AI工具提升运营效率和洞察质量； 3、对内容和产品趋势有较高敏感度，关注生成式AI、智能工具、内容智能化等行业发展，具备较强的用户洞察、总结提炼和策略分析能力； 4、具备数据分析意识和运营方法论，能够基于数据、用户反馈及AI辅助分析结果，制定和迭代精细化运营方案； 5、责任心强，自我驱动力强，目标导向明确，具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够推动AI相关产品能力和业务项目高效落地； 6、对新技术保持开放和学习热情，能够主动探索并实践AI工具、AIGC能力在直播开播、内容生产及运营增长场景中的应用。
