The posting

1、负责研发面向复杂道路场景的视觉感知、多模态理解、变化检测算法，推动路网数据从人工采集编辑升级为多源感知+大模型理解的自动化产线； 2、负责基于VLM、视觉基础模型、开集目标检测等技术，实现复杂道路场景中的长尾目标识别、未知类别发现，以及自然语言到道路要素的解析； 3、负责研发BEV、3D空间的道路要素建模方法，实现道路要素的拓扑关系推理； 4、负责面向真实道路场景，研发道路变化检测的人机协同生产算法，支持道路要素的自动更新； 5、负责跟踪并落地VLA、世界模型、感知大模型、开放世界感知等方向中的可迁移技术，推动其在道路数据生产任务中的应用。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子工程、机器人等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉深度学习和计算机视觉基础，掌握至少一种主流视觉任务：目标检测、语义/实例分割、OCR、BEV感知、视觉检索等； 3、具备良好的工程实现能力，熟练使用Python/C++，熟悉PyTorch，具备模型训练、数据清洗、评测体系建设等经验。

加分项 1、熟悉多模态大模型或视觉基础模型者优先，包括但不限于DINOv2/DINOv3、CLIP、Qwen-VL、InternVL、LLaVA、Florence、Grounding DINO等，或有多模态大模型后训练、视觉基础模型微调相关经验； 2、熟悉道路场景理解、自动驾驶感知、车道线检测、道路变化检测，以及有数据闭环、难例挖掘经验者优先，或有自动驾驶感知、BEV感知、车道线检测、道路拓扑推理、道路变化检测相关项目经验； 3、有感知融合经验，包括但不限于图像+轨迹、图像+GPS、图像+路网拓扑等； 4、有路网自动化生产、数据闭环、自动标注、主动学习、道路要素更新等业务经验； 5、有较强论文阅读和复现能力，在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICLR/AAAI/ICRA等会议发表论文者优先。
