1、活动策划：负责飞书多维表格的活动运营（邀请码/裂变营销等）、事件/热点营销、联合营销、促销等活动，推动运营指标（注册/付费/留存）达成，对结果负责； 2、行业洞察：敏锐关注行业的活动运营策略，并输出研究报告，制定有效的应对策略； 3、用户洞察：面向用户设计合理的调研与回访机制，实时了解用户需求，并分析生成运营方案； 4、数据分析：对所负责的运营项目，建立有效的数据监控体系，跟踪分析活动效果，持续提升ROI； 5、工具建设：推进站内营销工具、活动运营工具的系统实现需求窗口。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上AI产品运营或市场推广经验； 2、有对活动整体操盘能力，有通过活动策划驱动增长的成功案例/作品集； 3、具备独立管理和执行项目能力，能承受工作压力，有较强的沟通能力、表达能力、文字描述能力； 4、具备敏锐的用户洞察力、创新意识和逻辑分析能力，更重要的是热爱互联网运营和营销。
