日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Lemon8 是字节跳动出品的一款面向海外用户的兴趣种草社区产品。产品以图集和视频为内容呈现形式，专注于美妆、时尚、美食、旅行、居家、健身、艺术、萌宠等内容领域，为用户提供有信息价值的优质内容。用户可以在这里发现新的想法，分享通往美好生活道路上的真实经历，共同打造精致、时尚的兴趣种草社区。

1、收集国际化兴趣内容社区产品用户及创作者反馈，积极与用户沟通，及时与产品研发团队配合跟进并解决问题； 2、定期整理分析反馈数据，了解用户画像，提炼真实需求，对产品优化方向提出改进建议； 3、挖掘并沉淀核心用户，持续运营用户群，策划并执行产品众测或用户调研，输出有效结论。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、精通日语听说读写，日语N1或专八，并且对日本本土文化有一定认知，有日本留学经历的优先； 3、有一定的产品判断力、分析归纳能力，能快速准确判断用户问题； 4、对兴趣内容社区类产品、海外社交产品有较浓厚兴趣； 5、踏实、聪明、自驱力强，有较强的语言沟通和文字表达能力，较好的团队协作能力； 6、每周能实习4天及以上，至少连续实习3个月。
