1、类目增长操盘：承接护肤类目月度/季度/年度GMV指标，通过数据复盘、趋势研判，制定品类增长策略，挖掘功效护肤、国货新锐、细分单品等增量机会，补齐类目增长短板； 2、商家分层运营：负责护肤类目腰部、新锐商家精细化运营，品牌深度共建、资源匹配，扶持新锐商家冷启动与起量，常态化商家赋能、答疑指导，提升商家经营能力与动销效率； 3、营销活动落地：统筹护肤类目日常品类活动、平台大促的招商、选品、落地与复盘，对接平台流量、商城资源，盘活类目货品，保障大促与日常生意稳定增长； 4、行业与货品策略：跟踪护肤行业消费趋势、爆款规律、用户偏好，输出品类运营策略，指导商家新品孵化、货品结构优化，推动类目货品升级与爆款沉淀； 5、类目生态治理：落实平台类目规则，规范护肤产品功效宣传、品控合规，整治类目违规乱象，优化商家经营生态与用户消费体验。

1、经验背景：本科学历及以上，熟悉内容电商运营模式，具有美妆护肤品类赛道经验者优先； 2、核心能力：懂抖音短视频、直播、商城货架全域流量逻辑，具备基础数据分析能力，可通过数据拆解问题、迭代运营策略；具备独立操盘品类活动、对接商家的项目能力； 3、行业认知：熟悉护肤品类产品、成分、功效及市场趋势，对美妆电商热点、用户消费偏好有敏锐判断力； 4、综合素质：目标感强、擅长跨部门沟通与商务对接，逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备复盘总结与策略迭代能力； 5、专业技能：能熟练使用EXCEL，对AI感兴趣，能熟练使用各类AI工具提升工作效率，好奇心强。
