日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责开播工具的运营工作，围绕开播规模和用户体验，帮助主播更快理解功能、更好开启直播； 2、策划并落地开播工具的推广培训，梳理用户教育内容，包括AI工具上新、开播教程等； 3、配合主播运营、机构运营等相关团队推进项目协同，结合热点活动、主播成长等场景，参与梳理用户需求并支持运营方案落地； 4、整理日常开播工具数据，输出数据现状、分析结论、后续建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周到岗4天及以上； 3、对直播行业充满热情与好奇，关注行业最新动态，对AI有一定理解力； 4、有用户运营、内容运营、活动运营或数据分析相关实习经历优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力、数据分析能力，有责任心，能够主动推进工作落地。
