1、标准体系搭建：参与抖音生活服务内容标准体系建设，基于风险、体裁、行业等维度，搭建标准框架； 2、标准落地：通过对复杂问题案例的深度挖掘与抽象提炼，与执行团队协作，将其转化为具有高实操性的执行规范，并为执行质量负责； 3、标准迭代：围绕用户反馈、行业差异、业务影响、落地效果等方面，建立标准评估体系，及时对劣化标准进行有效迭代，平衡风险、体验与效率； 4、助力业务：在保证风险可控基础上，基于合规建议产出经营规范，协助业务探索合规经营空间。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，法学、新闻学等相关专业优先； 2、具备出色的抽象能力与写作能力，能够撰写清晰、有逻辑且具有说服力的标准规范文档；具备有风控、治理、内容运营相关方向实习经验优先； 3、实习时间不低于4个月，每周需到岗5天。
