1、内容理解与标准建设，负责评论生态视角下的多场景问题评估与标准建设，识别评论内容中的分负向风险、正向内容，输出标准体系； 2、模型评估与优化，负责评论识别模型的效果评估、人机差异点分析与优化方向输出；深度理解模型识别体系与人审执行卡点，找到两者之间的能力边界与协同盲区； 3、质量管理，对评论治理链路中的内容交付质量与进度负责，建设多维质量归因体系定位质量波动根因；探索更高效的标注交付方式与人机协同模式，在保障质量的前提下推动交付效率、成本、稳定性的持续优化； 4、AI能力落地，探索并应用大模型、Agent、PE、RAG等AI技术，赋能内容标准撰写、模型评估、质量归因、标注提效等全流程，形成可复用的AI资产（Agent/Workflow/Skill/知识库），推动人机协同效率的实质性升级。

1、具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，熟练使用数据分析工具，能从多维数据中定位根因、提炼问题规律，制定可落地的治理与优化策略； 2、对内容场景有较强敏感度，能够识别评论特征，具备将复杂判断逻辑抽象为清晰、可执行、可迭代标准条目的能力，有内容标准体系化建设经验者优先； 3、理解AI模型识别体系与人审执行链路的协同机制，有大模型、智能标注、Agent、PE等AI工具在内容治理场景的实际落地经验，能从人机diff中提炼模型优化方向与标注反哺策略者优先； 4、具备内容交付质量与进度的全局把控能力，能够设计高效的质量监控、归因与交付机制，有BPO、众包一致率提升等数字化收益证据者优先； 5、出色的文案撰写和跨团队沟通能力，能将复杂的质量、模型与风险问题转化为清晰结论，有效组织算法、策略、人审、产品多方资源推动协同落地。
