1、负责飞书创作工具和内容管理类产品的测试开发工作，通过建立系统化的测试技术，推动产品质量不断提高； 2、负责Prompt/Agent/Chain等相关模块的质量保障工作，制定有效的验证机制，评估系统品质、指导相关模块的优化方向； 3、积极参与质量体系规划和建设；完善研发流程中的质量和效率问题，提出明确的改进意见，并推动改进； 4、负责设计、开发质效工具，推动测试技术、工具平台的突破创新。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、有服务端测试经验者优先； 3、有微服务测试/治理经验优先； 4、至少熟练使用Python/Go/Java其中一种语言，可进行相关开发； 5、有AI、大数据相关应用测试开发和评测经验者优先。
