1、负责人工服务交付流程设计与迭代，完善从受理、研判、流转、跟进到结案的标准动作，提升交付效率与稳定性； 2、建设服务知识体系，持续沉淀场景知识、案例库、标准口径和操作指引，提升团队复制能力与问题处理一致性； 3、负责质量管理与培训机制建设，制定质检标准、培训方案、上岗与迭代培养机制，持续提升团队专业度； 4、围绕重点场景和新业务变化，推动知识、流程、培训联动更新，保证服务能力能够随业务快速迭代； 5、负责业务量级预测、人力需求预测、排班拟合、现场调度等模块的统筹规划，与交付、服务商管理等团队建立强有力的关系，推动供给资源有效保障和高效投入；结合业务阶段，统筹保障各类重大活动日的业务交付稳定；持续完善资源管控机制，推进指标监控体系的搭建和升级，推进生产力体系全面产品化。

1、本科及以上学历，有服务体验相关经验且对各类团队及其特征有充分的了解，有资源规划、服务流程设计、产品运营相关工作经验优先； 2、有经营意识和数据分析能力以及复杂业务场景或者生产关系下的业务协同能力；有敏锐的问题洞察能力及较强的逻辑思考、问题拆解能力，能通过数据定位根因并提出可行性策略和方案并落地闭环； 3、有较强的全局视角，可多维度综合定位复杂场景问题，并且能够推动问题解决； 4、有产品思维，能够通过智能大模型、人工提效工具等手段助力客服提效；有全局意识，能够“端到端”全链路思考、敢于采取突破现状的措施； 5、具备跨部门复杂项目推动经验，有团队合作精神，能够整合内外部资源、协调多方达成目标，自驱力、主动性较强。
