1、负责抖音电商医药器械行业的治理体验优化，重点解决医药器械品类的资质合规、虚假宣传、违规诊疗等关键问题，打造医药行业健康电商生态，持续改善消费者用户体验； 2、负责医药器械全链路审核，涉及商家准入资质、商品标品合规、商品资质、商品信息、内容推广，同时推动大模型能力建设，持续完善审核效率及体验； 3、结合用户负向反馈、数据洞察及案例研判，发现问题并定义风险识别特征，明确治理目标，联动售后和客服完善医药器械售后策略，并能制定合理的数据指标及有效策略，为用户体验负责； 4、了解医药器械行业的法律法规，和法务、公关等团队密切合作，保障行业的基础合规，对国家新规新政策能够做好落地； 5、协同规则、产品、算法团队，完善医药器械行业治理系统能力搭建和升级，推动治理策略落地，有效解决问题。

1、本科及以上学历，药学、医学、医疗器械、法律（医药卫生方向）等相关专业优先；持有执业药师资格证、医疗器械相关从业资格证者优先； 2、具备3年及以上互联网医疗健康平台合规治理、医药电商品类管控或医药管理相关工作经验，深入了解药品（中药饮片炮制规范、OTC分类管理）、医疗器械（一类/二类/三类监督管理差异）、特医食品（注册与备案管理）、计生用品（卫生标准）、成人用品（行业禁售与宣传规范）的全链路合规要求； 3、有搭建医疗健康品类资质审核体系、标品库合规规范的实操经验，能清晰界定各品类资质审核要点（如中药饮片需核验炮制工艺备案、三类医疗器械需审核经营许可证范围）与标品信息必填项；具备标品信息校验逻辑设计能力，可推动技术团队开发标品合规筛查工具，提升审核效率与准确性； 4、平台治理与风险管控能力：具备互联网平台治理思维，熟悉商家准入、商品管控、订单监控等平台运营流程，能将合规要求嵌入各环节；可输出可落地的专项治理方案，有推动合规治理工具（如资质审核系统、风险预警模型）上线经验； 5、具备优秀的跨部门协作能力，能有效对接商家运营、技术、合规、法务等团队，推动资质审核等工作，并具备较强的合规底线思维与责任心，对医疗健康品类合规风险（如药品安全、器械质量）零容忍。
