1、财务系统构建落地：负责推动公司财务系统建设的规划、设计以及具体落地工作。负责财务系统需求分析、蓝图设计、具体模块设计、项目实施以及交付落地。具备丰富的财务知识以及SAP/Oracle/自研财务系统开发、集成经验； 2、梳理系统现状、能力评估：对财务系统现状进行梳理，评估合规视角下的关键能力短板； 3、系统设计、选型决策：针对识别出的问题，完成对应的蓝图设计以及系统设计，对于关键环节进行选型决策； 4、协同跨部门团队推进系统建设：与内控/财务/战略/产研部门建立共识，推动产品设计、项目排期、架构实现与业务落地。

1、5年以上财务系统建设或重构经验，有跨国/集团型企业项目落地背景者优先； 2、财务系统实施经验：具备自研/SAP S/4HANA或Oracle Fusion的完整项目实施经验； 3、财务知识：熟悉企业财务管理核心模块：总账、应收应付、资金、报表合并、税务、资产、预算等； 4、合规与内控体系：熟悉SOX、IFRS、CSRD、GDPR、PCAOB等核心合规标准与控制要求。
