1、负责游戏产品发行阶段的整体统筹，围绕产品定位、用户增长、商业化目标和上线节奏，制定发行策略并推动落地； 2、参与产品调优与版本规划，从市场、用户和商业化视角提出发行侧判断，推动产品更好匹配目标市场； 3、统筹发行全链路工作，包括市场定位、用户测试、买量策略、内容营销、社区运营、渠道合作、上线节奏和数据复盘； 4、协同研发、运营、市场、投放、商务、数据等团队，推动关键节点交付，保障产品测试、预热、上线及版本迭代效果； 5、基于用户反馈、产品动态和数据表现，持续优化发行策略，提升产品数据和生命周期表现； 6、负责项目关键问题的识别与推进解决，沉淀发行方法论和项目复盘经验，为后续产品立项、测试、上线和长线运营提供判断依据。

1、具备游戏发行、产品运营、发行制作人或项目统筹相关经验，经历过游戏产品从测试到上线的完整发行经验； 2、理解游戏产品生命周期，熟悉游戏产品关键阶段，对内容营销、买量、社区、渠道、活动运营等发行模块有基本理解，并且深度参与过其中多个模块； 3、具备较强的市场判断能力，能分析目标用户、产品格局、产品卖点和商业化空间，并转化为可执行发行策略； 4、具备数据分析意识，能结合数据判断产品和发行问题； 5、具备较强的项目推进能力，沟通能力强，能在研发和发行团队之间建立共识，既能尊重产品判断，也能从市场结果倒推改进； 6、有成功上线项目、重点品类发行经验，或有从0到1推动产品商业化验证经验者优先。
