1、负责抖音搜索推荐场景的运营工作，提升搜索推荐引导体验，为推荐引导的流量增长指标负责； 2、与产品研发、算法协同，通过数据分析与挖掘，完善推荐策略与推动持续迭代，并不断探索新的增长点； 3、掌握AI大模型在搜索推荐词的应用，有创新与持续学习能力，独立完成项目规划与落地。

1、本科及以上学历，具有3年以上互联网搜索推荐运营、增长运营相关经验； 2、有参与AI大模型落地到具体的业务场景的加分，有参与提高模型能力和表现的经验加分，包括但不限于：模型评测、SFT数据构建、Prompt优化等； 3、思维逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强，具备跨部门业务沟通能力，以及项目管理能力； 4、注重细节，目标导向，具备快速学习能力与自驱力。
