1、深入研究抖音电商中小商家在服饰、快消、耐消等不同行业的经营痛点与成长路径，围绕自播、短视频、商品卡等核心场域，将平台策略、产品能力与行业场景有机结合，设计可落地、可复用、可产品化行业x场域的商家教育解决方案； 2、以商家精准覆盖为目标，推动将现有商家教育内容与诊断方法论，转化为可在AI Agent等核心触点落地的产品功能；协同产品团队优化现有触点资源，提出有效的产品需求； 3、深入挖掘平台中小商家的经营痛点、学习需求与成长路径，联动数据分析团队构建商家学习&经营能力标签体系，补齐商家画像库，为个性化运营与产品智能推荐提供核心数据基础； 4、与行业策略、产品、产品运营等多团队紧密协同，推动解决方法的产品化落地，持续提升商家规模化覆盖，并通过数据验证效果，持续迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上策略运营工作经验，对抖音电商生态有深入理解，具备电商行业运营/电商（AI）解决方案/商家教育/策略咨询等相关背景者优先； 2、具备策略思维和结构化分析能力，能从复杂业务中抽象出可复用的经营方法论，独立输出行业解决方案、产品MRD等； 3、具备良好的数据敏感度，能通过数据发现问题、验证策略效果；有使用BI工具、SQL等数据分析经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协同能力，能高效对接行业、产品等多方团队，推动策略从方案到落地的全链路闭环； 5、对AI、AIGC等能力在商家教育场景应用有兴趣和思考者优先；有AI辅助内容产出、数据分析技能者优先。
