1、围绕开发者生命周期，从入驻平台到其在抖音成长经营的全链路中，制定可落地的运营策略，推动解决关键阻塞问题，帮助开发者在平台健康成长并持续创造价值； 2、围绕小程序能力建设，制定能力使用规范，建设通用解决方案并应用到各行业中，助力小程序生态健康发展； 3、在多部门协同的工作环境中积极联动各方，推动需求顺利落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有平台型产品运营及用户运营实习经验优先，具备良好的逻辑思维和沟通表达能力；自我驱动，结果导向，善于学习和独立思考，能适应较快的工作节奏； 3、对新鲜事物有强烈的好奇心；能够拥抱变化，长期有耐心。
