1、为直播礼物的运营收入负责，构建直播礼物供给到消费的生态，促进直播收入的健康快速增长； 2、对开放及规模化运营有经验，为礼物生态输入外部供给及合作力量，包括但不仅限于外部优质设计师、IP品牌、艺术家等，通过合作扩大礼物的影响力，提升产品价值和收入； 3、负责迭代礼物长短期的运营策略制定和落地方案，通过分析各区域数据、生态和市场动向，定位问题和机会点，挖掘新的礼物创意和玩法并进行迭代； 4、和公司内其他相关部门紧密合作，协调资源，制定策略，促进直播业务和其他业务的协同发展。

1、具备5年以上直播、社交、内容、游戏产品、品牌推广营销等从业经验，热爱直播或内容行业，内容创意及信念感强； 2、具备全局视野，有良好的业务意识，对业务模式、趋势有一定思考和判断，有良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够主动挖掘产品提升点，与业务深度合作； 3、具有主人翁意识，对结果负责；具备较好的跨文化理解能力，沟通能力强，有团队合作精神； 4、英语沟通流利，可作为工作语言；具备引入外部设计师或合作资源的经验，或有相关资源优先。
